Your data stays yours.

This policy explains what information the FLOW waitlist website collects and how we handle it. It covers only this website (myflowfinance.com). The separate FLOW mobile app stores your transaction data locally on your device and does not send it to our servers — that is described inside the app.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist.
• Optional survey answers — if you choose to answer our four short questions (how you track expenses today, how you heard about FLOW, which feature excites you most, and whether you want early beta access).

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not collect your bank data, transactions, or any financial information through this website.

How we use it

• To hold your place on the waitlist and grant early access.
• To send you occasional product updates and launch news by email.
• To understand, in aggregate, what our early community wants so we can build a better product.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in a secured database (Supabase) with row-level security enabled, and is only ever written or read through our own server — never directly from your browser. Transactional emails are sent through Mailgun, and the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process your data only to deliver their service.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or permanently delete the information tied to your email at any time. Every email we send also includes a way to unsubscribe. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
